35th Annual Key Awards

The Annual Key Awards for excellence in housing design has become an industry standard for innovation in design and technology. Sponsored by the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicagoland, the Key Awards now in its 35th year received over 300 entries this year. The Key Awards include 12 divisions covering land planning, architecture and interior merchandising in multi family, single-family and custom housing. The Crystal Key awards innovation and creativity in design; the Community of the Year will also be honored. Teams of three judsges critiqued each entry and rated them on individual criteria in each category. Scores are totaled and the Gold (first), Silver (second) and Bronze (third) winners are determined. Judged by their peers, the following winners represent the best in the housing industry this year.
