HINSDALE BUILDER INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN CHICAGO LUXURY HOME TOUR 2008

For the second year in a row, Chicagoland Western Suburbs home builder, Oakley Home Builders, will be participating in Midwest Home magazine’s annual Luxury Home Tour.

The tour consists of high-end custom homes throughout the Chicagoland area. Each million dollar plus home is uniquely designed and crafted.

Oakley Home Builders first got involved with the tour last year when they presented their custom farmhouse style home located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. This year, Oakley Home Builders has chosen their Hinsdale, Illinois luxury home to be a part of the 2008 tour.
Oakley’s Hinsdale custom home displays Cedar Shake siding complimented by a wrap around front porch with Stone Pillars. Interior of the house includes a gourmet kitchen with sub-zero and wolf appliances and one-of-a-kind custom white painted high-end inset cabinets. This luxury home also incorporates a finished attic and finished basement with a theater room and custom wine cellar.

This home began as one of Oakley’s spec homes and was sold during construction. It was purchased by a young family relocating from the city to the Western Suburbs of Chicago.

The 5th annual Chicago Luxury Home Tour is scheduled to begin September 2008. The chosen custom homes from the Chicagoland area will be on display the first three weekends of September Friday through Sunday. Tickets become available starting August 25, 2008.
