New home development reaching 40% of 100 block of 4th Street

With the completion of their most recent project, Oakley Home Builders will have developed 40% of the homes on the Historic 100 block of 4th Street in Downers Grove. From breaking ground on their first project in 2003 to today, Co-owners Steve Sobkowiak and Ryan Dunham have once again made the 100 block of 4th street one of the most desirable neighborhoods for raising a family in Downers Grove.

Life-long Downers Grove resident and current owner of an Oakley Home on 4th Street, Peggy O’Flaherty said “Oakley Home Builders has turned our neighborhood around by building homes that appeal to families and creating a real neighborhood feel.”
