After being spoiled with unseasonably warm temps through much of October, it appears fall has finally hit. With temperatures dropping and winter on it's way, now is the time to tick a few home maintenance to-dos off of your list.

- Disconnect your any outside hoses from the hose bib/spigot
- Winterize your sprinkler system
- Clear out those gutters
- Perform HVAC maintenance or call to have it inspected/maintained
- Get your chimney cleaned and prepared for winter fires

Keep those beautiful homes operating in tip-top shape and avoid any unnecessary issues.
