With snow in today’s forecast, we thought it couldn’t be a more perfect morning to take your mind on a little escape to warm and sunny Naples, Florida. We unveiled our latest 17th Avenue project last month and are thrilled to be able to share this contemporary waterfront retreat with you today. The best part? If you’re finally ready to trade your snow shovel in for a pool float, this fully-furnished home is now for sale.
17th Avenue may sound familiar as this happens to be our third project on this impressive street in Aqualane Shores. With canal access and the best shopping and dining in Naples just a few blocks away, this spot is truly coastal living at its finest.
Canal views greet you at first glance of this home, thanks to the two-story windows that create this statement entry. Sherwin Williams Pure White stucco acts as a fitting contrast with a pewter metal roof and garages.
The living room is study in symmetry, anchored by a stunning Ijen Blue Quartzite fireplace. Natural light and canal views fill this gorgeous living space which opens up directly to the outdoor areas. We partnered with the renowned Clive Daniel on the furnishings for this home and we couldn’t be happier with how well they complement the interior finishes.
Natural quartzite also shines in the elegantly appointed kitchen, with Azzura Bay honed slabs carrying through the grand waterfall island, counters and backsplashes. We partnered with Hinsdale Lighting on the lighting design for this home and we love how the Arteriors pendants complete the vision for this space.
This kitchen is truly a love letter to custom cabinetry – it’s a beautiful marriage of bright white and warm white oak. The inset approach provides a clean, tailored look and champagne brass hardware makes for a distinctive finishing touch.
The coastal blue hues from the living room are tucked into this sophisticated powder bath with swoon-worthy cork wallcoverings from Phillip Jeffries.
Upstairs you’ll find four ensuite bedrooms ready to welcome guests, each showcasing one spectacular view after another.
In a home with nine bathrooms, we had to ensure each one felt unique, but still aligned with the overall aesthetic. Tile design was a significant focus and both patterns and accent colors play a different role in each space.
The second floor incorporates a casual lounge for additional entertaining space. The bar area is our favorite part of this room and we love how the Visual Comfort sconces cleverly complement the custom cabinetry and backsplash.
Just beside the lounge, this second floor terrace is the place to be for a memorable sunset.
We’ve saved the best bedroom for last. The primary suite is located on the first floor and opens directly out to the sun deck. Designed to prioritize the impressive canal views, we can’t think of a more beautiful spot to greet the day.
This suite boasts two expansive walk-in closets alongside a spa bathroom with soaking tub and a separate glass-paneled wet room.
The outdoor spaces of this home were thoughtfully-designed for life to naturally flow outside. A summer kitchen and entertainment area sit adjacent to a practical pool bathroom.
