As August is the 8th month of the year, here's 8 updates from our active sites.
1. 701 Hill — Demolition is behind us, and the crew has moved straight into foundation work. Footings are poured, and the foundation walls are going up now.
2. 534 S Brainard — The foundation is backfilled and ready. Sewer and water lines go in this week, with framing set to start right behind it next week.
3. 332 Fuller — Excavation and foundation are both complete, and framing is well underway — the first floor is finished, and the crew is heading into the second.
4. 613 Franklin — The driveway is poured and landscaping is taking shape outside. Inside, cabinets, countertops, and trim are all installed, and paint work is underway.
5. 610 Oak — Siding is fully up and landscaping has started. Trim is in too, though we're waiting on cabinets before the next round of interior work can move forward.
6. 614 Oak — A few doors down, hardwood flooring is in and tile work is underway. Masonry is finished outside, and siding will start soon — though like 610 Oak, this one's also waiting on cabinets, so we'll be curious to see which house gets there first.
7. 506 Carleton — Drywall is finished and the house is primed. Hardwood flooring is going in now, and landscaping has started outside.
8. 2S360 Madison — Trim work looks to be wrapping up, and the crew is installing tile across the walls this week.
Here's to another month of proving we can be 8 places at once!
