RENOVATION :: Stroll a few blocks West of downtown Naperville and you’ll find a neighborhood tucked in between Centennial Park and Burlington Park. It’s truly a dream location, easily walkable to downtown shopping, restaurants and the Naperville Riverwalk. Our clients were lucky to find a home on a beautiful street in this area, but it didn’t quite suit their style and they hoped for a more functional layout to better fit their lifestyle. The exterior went through a stunning transformation to become a double-gable modern English stucco style home. A warm color palette weaves in wood and copper details as well as charming touches such as a porte cochere with a timeless arched entry. The home’s floorplan was fully reworked to include 5 BR with a highly-coveted first floor master suite. Both the master suite and an open kitchen and family room lead out to a spacious covered terrace with outdoor dining area and fireplace.
