Before we dive into this distinctive new home, we have to talk a bit about the lot it's built on. Located steps from top-rated Madison Elementary School and Robbins Park, and tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac, this lot is the perfect balance of close-to-the-action while still offering a bit of an escape. Around the same time we had identified this prime location, we also had a client looking to make a move to the suburbs with their young family. We played property matchmaker and after they looked at this lot, familiarized themselves with Hinsdale and saw some of the other homes we had built in the area - they were sold, and decided to build their custom home on the property. Fast forward about a year later - the house is wrapping up and this fun family is ready to start their suburban life in this perfectly personalized home. Throughout the process they worked with our architect and designer to make some really cool selections. We're happy to share a peek at those with you here.
