While we love fall in the Midwest, it does mean that winter is fast approaching and we’re already wishing for an escape to warmer weather! Luckily, we’ve just broken ground on a new project in Naples, FL. After building in Naples the past few years, we’ve fallen for an area called Aqualane Shores. We enjoyed sharing our previous project on 17th Avenue and when a lot became available just down the street, we jumped at the chance to build here again.
Introducing 682 17th Ave South in Aqualane Shores
If you’re dreaming of a home in Naples, there’s a lot to love about Aqualane Shores. It offers quaint, private streets but is also a quick stroll from the shops on 3rd Street or dining on 5th Avenue South in Old Naples. But what keeps us coming back here time after time is the waterfront location with easy access to Naples Bay, just minutes to the Gulf.
This new construction home is a secluded waterfront retreat with one stunning outdoor space after another. A second floor terrace offers an expansive entertaining area with spectacular views of the canal below. A spacious outdoor kitchen flows into an inviting dining space and living room. Relax by taking a dip in the heated pool and hot tub or lounge on the sundeck just off the water.
Step inside this home and you’ll find close to 6,000 square feet of living space. Canal views greet you at the front door and continue throughout thanks to soaring floor to ceiling windows and an open, airy floorplan. There are 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, including a first floor master and guest suites on the second floor.
Statement-making design details and distinctive finishes are incorporated throughout this home. On the first floor, an open staircase shares views of a glass-encased wine room. The living room will include a dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace flanked by custom built-ins.
This home is currently for sale and will be finished in fall 2022. We look forward to sharing progress photos and a full home tour upon completion. If you are interested in making this home your escape from Midwest winters or a year-round retreat, contact us to learn more.
