INTRODUCING 5063 SAND DOLLAR LANE
If you’re ready to finally say farewell to Midwest winters (or at least dream about it!), our newest Naples build is here to welcome you home. We have enjoyed building in Naples for close to a decade in Aqualane Shores, Port Royal and Old Town, but this is our first home in the Seagate community. It wasn’t hard for us to fall for the convenient beachside location and canal views. When the opportunity came up to scoop up a coveted corner lot, we knew it was the perfect spot for our next project.
This expansive property sits on Sand Dollar Lane, wrapping around the end of the canal. We partnered with the talented team at Hlevel Architecture and endeavored to design a home that would make the most of this unique layout. Stucco was selected as the exterior material and we added a dose of character by incorporating a flared end to each of the gables.
Step inside this home and you are immediately greeted with gorgeous canal views and the open, airy feeling that makes Florida living such a welcoming treat. The first floor spaces each lead out to the terrace, allowing for life to seamlessly flow outside.
A dramatic floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace makes for an impressive focal point in this inviting gathering space. Our team collaborated with the celebrated local firm of Clive Daniel on this home’s furnishings and the relaxing coastal palette serves as a fitting accompaniment for our chosen finishes.
This home’s design aesthetic leans a bit more traditional than our previous Florida builds and we looked to embrace elements that felt both timeless and elegant. For the kitchen and dining area, we chose a warm, neutral color palette in one of our current favorite shades (SW Gossamer Veil) and brought in distinctive details such as reeded wood accents and sophisticated brass shelving. Lighting design played a key role in these interior spaces and our fantastic partners at Hinsdale Lighting brought a wealth of expertise to this project.
This home boasts a private first floor master suite cleverly tucked around the canal, allowing for waterfront views from the moment you begin the day - and just a few steps to the pool in case you want to start it with a swim!
The master bath serves as a luxe sanctuary featuring both a relaxing soaking tub and a spacious wet room. Calming seaside tones carry throughout this space and the Victoria + Albert tub provides a brilliant pop of blue.
When you own a home on the Paradise Coast, we can imagine that everyone you know will likely want to visit. Take the stairs or elevator up to the second floor of this home and you’ll find an entire level specifically dedicated to guests. Four elegantly-appointed suites were designed with easy access out to an outdoor elevated terrace.
Our other expectation is that with accommodations like this, guests may never want to leave. During their stay, they can take advantage of their own separate lounge area complete with a wet bar and a balcony.
While this home’s interiors are beautifully crafted, perhaps the most magnificent view of all awaits you outside. A massive saltwater pool and spa sit just beside outdoor living spaces, including a kitchen, dining area and sundeck. If a day on the water is more your speed, grab your boat at the canal's dock and enjoy limited small craft Gulf access.
