NAPERVILLE :: These clients initially planned on a custom build, but then fell for this expansive property on one of our favorite blocks in Naperville. We worked to reimagine the existing home into the Modern English Tudor they had envisioned, complete with a gorgeous first floor master suite and equally stunning outdoor living spaces. GLEN ELLYN :: As you can see from the photos, we dreamed up some big changes for this ideally-located Glen Ellyn home. This was a study in keeping what works and changing what doesn't so that this home's style and function can perfectly evolve for its new owners. Read more HERE.

DOWNERS GROVE :: It was time to restore this four square back to some of its original glory. This home was renovated inside and out, complete with an addition off the back to expand the kitchen and living room and create a rear-entry mudroom. The owners kept original items like fireplace and staircase, but infused their transitional style in all the right places.

GLEN ELLYN :: We had already completed a major renovation for this client. When the house next door came up for sale, they jumped at the chance to take on a bigger project. Part renovation, part addition, the final home is a stunning transformation.

WESTERN SPRINGS :: This couple wanted to find a home to renovate that had existing charm but could be remodeled to add modern comforts. We accomplished this with a total design overhaul and an addition to the rear of the home. The final renovation speaks for itself. Read all about it HERE. 

DOWNERS GROVE :: This family lived a block away and wanted some additional space without leaving the neighborhood they loved. We had just the house for them! Renovating this house meant adding on a second floor and giving them the kitchen and master bath they always wanted.
